How to Use
Chest & Sinus Relief: Rub onto chest, throat, or back.
Under-Nose Clear: Apply a small amount under the nostrils or behind the ears.
Steam Inhalation: Add 1 teaspoon to a bowl of hot (not boiling) water. Cover your head with a towel, lean in, and breathe deeply for 5–10 minutes.
Muscle & Joint Aches: Massage into sore or stiff areas.

The Healing Balm, used in wound care, the Lip Balm assists with fever blisters and the Hair Roots Scalp assists with dandruff and scalp psoriasis. No other products have Tea Tree. Also we sell a Zero BS Basic that has no essential oils. There is no tea tree in our Rub. You might be smelling the eucalyptus, peppermint, or fynbos oils these are needed for the vapour therapeutic properties.
