This is our limited-edition charcoal bar: a gentle soap that cleanses and leaves no chemical residue. Activated charcoal draws out impurities, tightens up the lather and gives it a dense, luxurious feel. On the razor, it gives a soft, silky glide.

Use it as a face mask. Work up a thick lather on your face, leave it to dry for 10 minutes, then rinse off. Always follow with Face Butter to replenish the skin.

Activated charcoal pulls impurities to the surface, which makes this bar supportive for skin prone to stubborn breakouts. The bar also exfoliates gently, lifting away dead skin cells and leaving skin looking brighter and smoother.

Made with wild-harvested Diosma chosen for what it does for the skin, not only for its magnificent scent.

A fynbos shrub with a clean, citrus–floral, anise seed scent and natural antimicrobial properties. Indigenous to the Cape, it brings a touch of wild South African purity to every bar — its older name Diosma comes from the Greek for “divine fragrance.”  Traditionally used in local Cape culture in cleansing rituals.
