Love this product! It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised, and has been a lifesaver for those terribly dry winter hands :)
After sun moisture instantly back
It is just to hard and difficult to apply. I wash my hands frequently and it is quite a nuisance to apply such a hard substance.
Store owner replied: Hi Ingrid, thanks for the honest review and that's a fair point during winter our butters are harder. Quick fix: scoop a small amount, rub your palms together for a few seconds to warm it to body temperature, and it softens straight away. To make our butter liquid the way commercial creams are, we'd have to add water, fillers and preservatives that's exactly what you're paying us not to include.

I am using the body butter on my feet and hands and it is amazing….. I do t mind that it hardens in the winter….. well worth it and highly recommended!

its too hard... can't use it. not sure if its the weather but not what I expected. I love your product but this one can't be used. it needs to be way more liquid form
Store owner replied: Hi Nick, thanks for the review, winter is the story here. Quick fix: warm a small amount in the palm of your hand for a few seconds before applying. Rub your hands together to bring it up to body temperature and it'll spread easily. To make our butter permanently liquid we'd have to add water, fillers and preservatives, which is exactly the stuff Zero BS is built to leave out. So the ten seconds of warming is the honest trade-off for the formulation you're getting. Give it a go that way and see how it works for you. Convenience isn't always better — sometimes it's just easier and it has a long term cost.

Not great for winter and the butter gets hard
This Body Butter is really helping my eczema! Only hassle is I am not made keen on the smell. Prefer the Face Butter smell
Purchased this when I visted SA in May 2025 and have used 4 tins of body butter and 1 face over the year, Love this product and was so disappointed when I was on the last of 1/4 tin.. So pleased I could re oder from SA.. The product is pure quality, smells rich, fills your skin with a rich, nutrients, leaving a rich glorious healthly deep shine, deep into the layers beneath. I find it too "hard" or is not easily spreadable on my skin.
I have totally discontinued using other products on my skin except for washing my face and putting a toner on. Then I use the face butter. I love it. People do not believe that I am turning 80 years old in July. Please make this your next project. A facial wash and toner.

Amazing product, I have seen improvement on my daughters eczema within a week of using the healing balm and body butter.
The body butter, face cream & lip balm is all the same product. Like the sunscreen the body butter & face cream the texture is too thick to apply to your skin, you almost need to heat it up, not that I did that. I would like to return the balance of my body butter & face creams for swop on the soap & underarm, which I find way more user friendly.

I bought this product for myself but recommended it to my mom who has very thin skin due to her age which easily breaks open. Since she started using this cream on her legs, they are vastly improved (look better and not damaging at all) and she is very happy. I actually use it a lot on my feet as well as I walk around a lot without shoes on and they become really rough and cracked - the cream makes a HUGE difference and they look so much better already.
Hi, I like all your products, but especially the soap and the body butter. I like the face cream, but did get lots of little bumps on my face- not detectable, but my skin did not feel smooth.

Regarding the little bumps you noticed with the Face Butter, this can sometimes happen when the skin is adjusting to a new product, especially one that is rich and completely free of petrochemicals, emulsifiers, and fillers. In some cases the skin goes through a short “purging” or adjustment phase. This tends to settle within about a week as the skin recalibrates. I would suggest giving it a little more time and use a small amount, using it once a day or every second day to allow the skin to adjust. Of course, if the bumps persist or worsen, stop using the product and we will happily refund you for your purchase.

Works wonderful on my husbands skin on his arms he has severe sun damage which leaves his shin very thin and he bruises very easily and he finds that the body butter works great. He can see and feel difference. I am also using on my arms and I do agree what lovely product.

Love the difference this has made - particularly to my hands and arms which are perpetually dry. Takes some getting used to the level of oiliness, but this is absorbed fairly quickly leaving my skin properly hydrated and feeling super smooth and silky.
